We currently do not support the ability to merge Ubisoft accounts. However, under certain circumstances, we may be able to transfer your game to your other Ubisoft account.
How do I transfer my Ubisoft games to another account?
All games and in-game content are attached to the platform they are activated on, so it is not possible to transfer them between platforms.
